This privacy policy (“Policy”) for TBRK LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your data when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you download and use our mobile application, Tiebreak (“App”).

The personal data that we collect varies based on your interactions, choices, and the features you utilise within our Services. The personal data we collect may include:

Location preferences (including the Default Location set at registration or later in your profile)
Application and device data
If you use our application, we may also collect the following data:
Geolocation data. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you can do so in your device's settings.
Mobile device data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, type, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application, we may also collect the device event information (such as system activity, error reports and hardware settings) and information about your activity in the Services and the features of our application you accessed.

We process your personal data for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
Account creation, management, and authentication. We may process your data so that you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

Our servers are located in the United Kingdom. Please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed by Third Party Service Providers (as outlined in Section 4 above) outside the United Kingdom.

You can review or update selected personal data by accessing your profile in the App.
8. Third party resources
Our Services may contain links to websites, applications, and services that are not operated by TBRK LTD (“Third Party Resources”). These links are provided for your convenience and information only. Please be aware that we have no control over the content or privacy practices of Third Party Resources. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for their policies, content, or any personal data that may be collected through these Third Party Resources.
9. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you as appropriate under the circumstances, for example by displaying a notification in the App.
